1) How do I pay for my items?
1) We accept check or credit card by phone or fax.

(of course, also in-store we gladly accept cash, check or credit card for your purchases and orders)

2) Can you estimate the shipping costs on an item before I order?
2) We can give you the approximate shipping costs before shipping any order.
3) How do you ship?
3) We generally ship Priority Post.
4) What about returns?
4) We offer returns within two weeks of receipt for undamaged goods at purchaser's cost - for cash returns, within 30 days for product exchange; after 30 days, only a credit will be issued. In the event of damaged goods, please report directly to the carrier.

Defective goods should be reported to us.
